CSL 50 SA
Simple Adaptor
The CSL 50 SA Simple Adapter is a lightweight aluminium mounting solution that enables the CSL ALS 150 Turret to be securely attached to the FLIR PackBot or other robotic platforms of similar size. It provides a straightforward method of integrating CSL disruptor systems onto small to medium EOD robots without permanent modification.

The ALS 150 Turret, supplied as standard with all Vulkan and Viper Disruptor Systems, is easily transferred from its multi-position stand and bolted directly onto the Simple Adapter. A dovetail quick-release bracket allows the turret to be rapidly installed on the ROV and removed when not required, maximising operational flexibility.

Once mounted, the turret’s integrated high-powered green lasers can be powered directly from the host ROV using a 12V supply, allowing the operator to control laser activation remotely via the robot’s power output.
Key Features:
Lightweight Aluminium Construction

-
Minimises additional payload weight while providing a robust and stable mounting platform.
Direct Turret Compatibility

-
Designed specifically for the CSL ALS 150 Turret, supplied with Vulkan and Viper disruptor systems.
Dovetail Quick-Release Mount

-
Enables fast attachment and removal of the turret, reducing setup and breakdown time.
ROV Power Integration

-
Allows turret-mounted green aiming lasers to be powered from the robotic platform using a 12V supply.
Non-Permanent Installation

-
No permanent modification to the turret or robotic platform is required.
Typical Applications:
-
Mounting Vulkan or Viper disruptor systems onto PackBot-class EOD robots
-
Rapid reconfiguration of robotic payloads during EOD operations
-
Remote aiming and deployment of disruptors in hazardous environments
-
Enhancing the capability of small to medium robotic platforms
