Robotic Vehicle Integration
Robotic vehicle integration enables safe, remote deployment of disruptor systems such as the Viper Disruptor and other tools within the Richmond Defence Systems range. These integrations support controlled approach angles, stabilised mounting and leadless electric firing, allowing operators to conduct disruption tasks while maintaining standoff.
Our integration solutions are designed for compatibility with a wide range of robotic platforms and RSDdisruptor families.
CSL 50 WC
Mini Weapon Carrier for Viper / Vulkan
The CSL 50 WC Mini Weapon Carrier is a lightweight robotic weapon carrier designed to deploy the Viper or Vulkan disruptor on compact EOD platforms, including the FLIR PackBot 510. Featuring an upper dovetail mount with twin laser sights, it enables accurate close access and extended reach configurations for remote render safe operations.

CSL 500 MAXI WC
CSL 500 Maxi Weapon Carrier for Full-Size EOD Robots
The CSL 500 Maxi Weapon Carrier is an integrated turret system for full-size EOD robots, including platforms such as the Telerob tEODor and FLIR 710 Kobra. It provides remote deployment of multiple disruptors or a Benelli M4 shotgun, with integrated cameras, laser range-finding and firing control fully linked to the robot command and control system for accurate and controlled render-safe operations.
CSL 50 SA
CSL 50 SA Simple Adapter
The Simple Adapter is a lightweight aluminium mounting solution that allows the ALS 150 Turret to be securely fitted to FLIR PackBot platforms and other small to medium EOD robots. It enables rapid installation and removal of CSL disruptor systems without permanent modification, while integrated power and control connections allow the turret’s high-powered lasers to be operated directly from the host robot.

CSL 50 M4 S90 WC
The Benelli Shotgun Weapon Carrier
The CSL 50 M4 S90 WC is a remotely operated weapon carrier designed to enable safe deployment of a Benelli M4 S90 tactical shotgun from EOD robotic platforms. The system allows the shotgun to be fired without permanent modification to the weapon, extending robotic intervention capability and providing operators with a reliable close-access option during high-risk EOD operations.
