Maxi Weapon Carrier
The CSL 500 WC M2 Maxi Weapon Carrier (MWC) is an advanced integrated turret system designed for deployment on full-size EOD robotic platforms. It provides a stable, centrally managed solution for mounting and operating multiple disruptors or specialist payloads during complex render safe and counter-IED tasks.

The system incorporates a laser range finder, high-definition front aiming camera with automatic reticle adjustment, LED flashlight, rear-facing safety camera, and a discrete radio firing capability. Two-way communication between the MWC and host ROV is achieved via Internet Protocol transmission through a robust hardware interface using MIL-DTL-26482 compliant connectors.

As standard, the MWC supports two Vulkan Maxi De-Armer Disruptors. Its modular architecture allows rapid reconfiguration through optional accessories, including a Quad Adaptor for four disruptors or a Benelli Shotgun Mount for deploying a Benelli M4 S90 semi-automatic shotgun.

Integrated Control Application​

A dedicated software application provides full system control and can be installed on Windows-based laptops or tablets. Data transmission to and from the MWC is carried via the host ROV radio link.
Automatic Reticle Adjustment

The front aiming camera features an overlaid reticle that automatically compensates for parallax error between the camera and the selected weapon. Reticle position dynamically adjusts based on measured distance to the target.
Optional Secure Radio Firing System

Disruptors may be initiated either through the host ROV firing system or via an independent BAM-certified radio firing system from FOG GmbH. The system features 128-bit encrypted communication and operates on a separate channel to enhance firing safety.
Quad Adaptor Capability

An optional Quad Adaptor mounts directly to the MWC, increasing turret capacity to four Vulkan disruptors. This enables multiple engagements or simultaneous firing against large or complex targets.
Benelli Shotgun Mount

The optional mount enables remote deployment of a Benelli M4 S90 gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun. No permanent modifications to the shotgun are required beyond removal of the stock and pistol grip.
Rear-Facing Safety Camera

A dedicated rear camera allows the operator to confirm that the blast zone behind the disruptors is clear prior to initiation.
High-Power LED Illumination
