This year’s Security & Policing 2025 event provided a powerful platform for real-world demonstrations of cutting-edge counter-explosive ordnance (Counter-EO) solutions. We were proud to showcase Vulkan, our advanced disruptor system, as part of the Counter-EO UK live scenario demonstrations.
Held in collaboration with the Export Support Team, UK Defence & Security Exports, and the Department for Business and Trade, the event recreated a high-stakes urban environment to simulate the threat of IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) and cluster munitions—threats that continue to challenge global security forces and humanitarian efforts.
Ably led by Inoke Veikune, Rory Barlow, and Cpl Alex Makowski, the demonstration highlighted Vulkan’s ability to neutralize explosive threats with precision, speed, and adaptability. The scenario was designed to mimic real-life conditions in densely populated urban areas, where EOD operators need tools they can trust to perform under pressure.

Why Vulkan Stands Out
At the core of Vulkan's design is versatility. Engineered to disrupt and disable IEDs and munitions with minimal collateral damage, Vulkan offers a modular, user-friendly solution for a wide range of EOD and C-IED missions. Its capabilities were on full display during the live demo, earning positive feedback from both military and law enforcement professionals in attendance.

Don’t Miss the Final Demo
The final live demo will take place tomorrow morning, offering one more chance to see Vulkan in action. If you haven’t had the opportunity yet, this is the perfect time to witness how our technology is shaping the future of explosive threat mitigation.
