Raising the Standard – Richmond Defence Systems Achieves ISO 9001 Accreditation

At Richmond Defence Systems, quality has always been more than a tick-box exercise — it’s built into everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to announce that we’ve officially achieved ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for our quality management systems.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management. It demonstrates a company’s ability to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer expectations, comply with regulations, and continually improve processes. For us, it's a formal recognition of the standards we've always held ourselves to — and a commitment to keep pushing those standards even further.

This achievement is the result of a huge team effort. Across Richmond Defence Systems, our people have shown real dedication to refining our systems, documenting our processes, and making sure we do things right — not just for accreditation, but because it’s the right way to work. Every department played a role, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for the time, effort, and professionalism they brought to this process.
