Video Inspection Kit
The CSL 800 VIK Video Inspection Kit is a hand-held, telescopic search boom designed to provide operators with versatile visual inspection capabilities across a range of environments. Equipped with two interchangeable camera modules, the kit enables both detailed and wide-angle reconnaissance, making it ideal for EOD, C-IED, security, and counter-surveillance operations.

The Single-Camera Module (SCM) delivers high-detail visual feedback for tasks such as under-vehicle inspection and searching hatches, containers, stairwells, and other confined or obstructed areas. With in-built infrared illumination, the SCM enables discreet viewing in low-light environments, ensuring operators can maintain situational awareness without revealing their position.

The Under Door Viewing Module (UDM) features an array of pinhole cameras for wide-angle reconnaissance of enclosed spaces. The slim profile allows the module to slide under internal doors, providing visibility into areas that are otherwise inaccessible. The UDM also includes audio monitoring via a built-in microphone, enabling operators to listen in on enclosed spaces during inspection.

Video footage can be viewed on the 7” LCD mounted on the search boom, or via the user-worn 4.3” wireless display strapped to the forearm. For enhanced operational flexibility, the kit also includes a wireless video receiver, allowing the video stream to be monitored on a desktop display simultaneously.

Power is provided by a rechargeable lithium polymer battery pack, ensuring reliable performance during extended operations.
